123Doc.hu is a factual information directory of specialist doctors, clinics, conditions and treatment methods in Hungary. The following principles apply bindingly to the entire platform:

1. No remote treatment. 123Doc.hu does not provide medical services. No treatment, consultation or care in a medical sense takes place via the platform.
2. No diagnosis. Our content does not replace a medical examination. We do not make diagnoses or evaluate findings.
3. No therapy recommendations. We do not give individual treatment recommendations. The choice of therapy is made exclusively in a personal consultation between patient and doctor.
4. No promises of success or cure. We make no commitments about treatment outcomes and do not publish success rates.
5. No rating of medical quality. The listing, order and presentation of profiles are not quality judgements, rankings or recommendations.
6. No commission-based brokering. We do not broker treatments and receive no commissions or success fees. The platform is funded exclusively through labelled profile packages for doctors and clinics.
